Booking

- Bookings will be held for 2 weeks and should be confirmed by payment of a deposit of £100
- Part weeks can be negotiated
- The balance is due 1 calendar month before the start of let
- Cheques should be made payable to Evelyn Walker Smith. Ask for bank details if you want to pay on line
- When confirming the booking, please let us know if you have any special requirements.
Lets will run from Saturday to Saturday unless by prior agreement. Part weeks may be available by negotiation. Keys will be available from 15.00 on day of entry. Please make the cottage available for cleaning by 11.00 on day of departure.

The price includes electricity, gas, bed linen, towels (but not beach towels), duvets and a welcome pack consisting of bread, milk, shortbread, and eggs.
The inventory is checked after each let: please let us know if anything is not working so that we can fix it.
Pets are not permitted.
